Our team will conduct screening phone calls and face-to-face interviews with candidates to better understand each individual and their career aspirations prior to connecting them with your company for interview.

Following the sourcing and assessment stages, only candidates who match our clients’ values and business objectives will be put forward for an interview.
 

Utilising our robust recruitment selection process, we will present clients with up to three candidates. For urgent requirements, our team can present candidates who are available for an immediate start. For clients looking for non-urgent permanent hires, we will provide an interviewing timeline that works to maintain the interest of the candidates and uses your time efficiently.
 

Before any interviews are conducted with our recommended candidates, both the client and candidates are provided the tools they need to ensure both parties make the most of the time they have together.

Clients will be presented with an overview of each candidate’s suitability, based on our team’s discussions on their relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and key achievements. We will also manage and co-ordinate an efficient and prompt interview process, ensuring you secure the best candidates.

 

We provide candidates with interview tips to ensure they arrive at the interview fully prepared.

We know it is a big deal to accept a new permanent job offer and candidates can have questions before they’re ready to say ‘yes’. To save our clients time and allow them to focus on other business priorities, we take care of managing the candidate offer and acceptance process.
 

From managing counter offers or salary discussions to co-ordinating references, the AEM team are equipped to take care of any and all needs the candidate may have, to ensure when they accept an offer they are able to do so with confidence.
